Anyone traveling to Asia should come home with pictures. Mine just happen to be of bakeries....
I stood in rapt fascination watching this young baker in Tokyo as he made baguettes so naturally I had to buy one and see if it tasted as good as it looked.
WOW. I went back and bought several more...
Then there was the Boulangerie in Hong Kong...
I gotta go order another hundred pounds of flour....

YUM-O! I SOOOOOO call the next Asia trip. We can hit the bakeries up together- you know how I love my carbs!!!!!!!

Before I read the entry, I took a quick look at the photo and thought that it was you in the bakers clothes. I'm sure you could make those and it would be just a good!
